Refund Policy

Shopify Refund Policy - International.

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. However, we do not refund if you have changed your mind or the item does not fit. Please note - if a clothing item runs small in production, we include a sizing chart at the point of sale. Please take care when ordering to measure yourself first and order one size larger just incase you aren't sure.

If your product is faulty or damaged when you receive it, you will need to email us with photographic proof of any damage & request a refund. We will only refund an item if we genuinely believe that it was damaged prior to it being delivered to you.

Email: with your refund claim.

Our team will evaluate your claim and if the product is genuinely damaged before receipt of delivery during production or postage, we will send you a confirmation email that your refund will be accepted. 

* To complete your return, firstly, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged prior to the package having been opened. If we believe the item has been damaged after opening, we will not refund that item. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind as mentioned. Please provide clear and accurate photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged and cannot be used for its intended purpose. We cannot refund an item if you decided you don't like the color, the design or anything aesthetic related to the design of the product.

* Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded. Please check to see if your items was discounted either by sale or using a discount code.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Book with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl records that has been opened.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account during the 30 day time frame. This is the maximum refund time and most refunds will be done in a much shorter space of time.

Contact your credit card company if the refund does not show. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at We will be more than happy to refund you if your item has been damaged. No-one likes to receive purchased items that have been damaged.

Sale items.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges Specific.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to you receiving them. When you request a refund, please be very clear with your description of damage and take clear and precise photographic evidence. The item must be returned in its original packaging for a refund to be issued - or new packaging bought at the purchaser's cost if the old packaging cannot be used. This must be included however with the refund item - especially if the item was damaged in transit.
