Refund policy
Cavendish Designs Refund Policy
Most of our items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy.
If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. You will need to cover your return shipping.

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
2. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.
You will need to include photos of the damage to your item in your refund email. Attach these photos.
5. Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.
6. We cannot refund or exchange items that are the wrong size. We provided sizing tables with all of our products. Please note that we try to be specific if a product runs a little small and will let our customers know. Take the time to measure yourself with a tape measure before ordering just to be sure :-)
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is posted more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds.
Once your return is physically received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. There needs to be evidence of damage in the making/postage of the item and damage that has occurred red to your item after you have received it will not be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Cavendish Designs. PO Box 39, Mount Clear, Victoria, 3350 Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. For addresses outside of Australia, please allow at least two weeks for your product to reach us.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
